Styles of swimming

Free style stroke
Free style is the simplest method of swimming and it is easy to learn for beginners. In this stroke you don’t need to do so much hard work and there is less exertion for your body. Keep your body relax push it with the help of your hands and then move your hands by cutting the water surface at 45 degree angle. Use your legs in up and down motion.try to keep your shoulders straight. Always remember to keep your hands palm close because with close palms you can push more water and move faster in the water.
Back stroke
Back stroke is just like free style the only difference is that in this stroke you swim on your back. The motion is same like free style but try to move your hands in wind mill motion because you cannot cut the surface of water in specific angle in back stroke.
Breast stroke
Breast stroke is difficult one because you use more muscles. You move in water by moving much part of water by your chest. Bend your legs with space between them and then go back to straight position by joining your feet keep doing this motion and push water. This is called frog kick.
