Swimming is fun if you know how to do it properly otherwise you can be in trouble especially beginners. In old days people used to swim in sea or lakes but now you can swim in your own swimming pools at home.Swimming is just a name of moving your body in specific motion the only thing you need is how.

 1) The choice of a right place is very important, imagine that you know nothing about swimming and you are going to learn it in to a sea, don’t do that start to learn swimming in small pools where the water should not be more than to your shoulders.

 2) Check the temperature of the water if it is so cold then you can’t control your body temperature and it will freeze you in minutes and your body muscles will not work so choose a good place where water temperature is good.

 3) When you are in water don’t try to move your hands and legs very fast, float slowly then you will feel the force of water which you can use to push yourself forward.

 4) Keep your hands palm straight or its better to make a cup with your hands by this you will be able to push more water and make a windmill motion move your legs in up down motion so that you can just lift your lower body.try to push your body forward with your hands.

 5) Some people make mistakes when they are not breathing properly if you are swimming you should maintain your body, s oxygen level. Your body needs more oxygen when it is doing so much hard work. Make your motion so that every time when you complete one circle with your hands take out your head from water and breath.

 6) There are different styles of swimming like crawl, butterfly, freestyle.
