Swimming Tips



Swim suit
Using a proper swim suit can reduce your effort and save your energy. because it is made of a special material that reduces friction in water. the other benefit of using swim suit is that it maintains your body temperature.


Workout
Swimming is a tough exercise but if you are a professional swimmer then you should do some work out. Arm shoulder and legs are the main body part used in swimming. If you work on these ones then you can improve your lap timings.


Breathe properly
There are some strokes in swimming like side stroke and butterfly stroke in which taking breath is difficult, because those people who don’t know how to perform these strokes properly they just try to maintain their focus on swimming and don’t take much oxygen remember if you are a swimmer then breathing properly is your key to success. You can overcome this problem by performing these strokes in a right way ,try to keep your head in good position.


Save energy
Try to save your energy, don’t make extra moves, if you can swim by moving your legs in two feet then why are you doing extra work you are burning your energy by saving this energy you can stay longer in water.


Hold your breath
This tip is very useful for beginners you have to keep some air in your lungs in this method when beginners try to swim first time they get panic and they don’t know what to do, in this situation the breath holding technique helps .all you have to do is take a deep breath and don’t exhale it all keep some air in to your lungs and then breath above that level this air inside your body will help you to maintain yourself on the water surface.
